I’m a little ahead of the game this week! I actually made two dinners today that I can just pop in the oven this week… meatloaf and stuffed shells. I’ve never made stuffed shells before but it was pretty easy. Here’s the plan for the week…
Monday: Meatloaf, spinach, and mashed potatoes
Tuesday: Chicken Penne a la Vodka and garlic bread
Wednesday: Spinach/Artichoke French Bread Pizza (a recipe in Rachel Ray’s recent mag)
Thursday: Taco Salad
Friday: Stuffed Shells
Saturday: Out to eat…Hubby’s birthday celebration
